The NV Rosé de Noirs Brut from Domaine Mallet is a pink Champagne made from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, the black grapes of the Marne Valley. Expressive and vinous, it is full of red berry charm and has the structure to pair with food as well as to sip on its own.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale salmon pink with a fine, persistent mousse.
Aromas: Wild strawberry, raspberry and red cherry with hints of brioche and floral spice.
Palate: Fresh and fruity, with ripe red berries, lively acidity and a dry, elegant finish.
