Delivery Timeframe
We are committed to delivering your wine order efficiently and securely. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are typically delivered within 3-7 business days after purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on order volume, courier schedules, and external factors beyond our control.
Delivery Partner
Our deliveries are managed by a licensed third-party Ontario courier, which ensures that all shipments comply with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) rules and guidelines. This courier facilitates purchases in accordance with provincial regulations and coordinates pickups directly with the LCBO consignment warehouse.
Delivery Requirements

Adult Signature Required: The recipient must be 19 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued identification upon delivery.

No PO Box Deliveries: We can only deliver to physical addresses within Ontario.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to reschedule or pick up your order from a designated location.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable taxes and fees will be clearly displayed before finalizing your purchase.
Damages & Returns
We take great care in packaging your wine for safe transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We will work with our courier and the LCBO to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
