Product Info
The 2025 Inedito from Terre del Marchesato is a plush Bolgheri-coast blend of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Franc, and the estate's most welcoming red. Fermented in steel and softened in second-use French barriques for a few months, it is all ripe fruit, warm spice and easy-drinking charm, with enough structure to stand up to a proper Tuscan dinner.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep, dense ruby.
Aromas: Ripe cherry and plum with clove, cinnamon and nutmeg, and a creamy vanilla note from time in oak.
Palate: Full, soft and warming, with juicy dark fruit, balanced acidity and supple tannins leading to a smooth finish.

Food Pairings:
