The 2025 Emilio Primo Bianco from Terre del Marchesato is a breezy, seaside Vermentino from the Bolgheri coast, made for sunny aperitivo hours and long seafood lunches. Picked at dawn and fermented cool in stainless steel, it keeps its fruit bright and its finish salty-fresh, a lovely contrast to the estate's powerful reds.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Bright, clear straw yellow.
Aromas: Acacia, lemon blossom and elderflower lead into white peach and lime, with a light mineral edge and a hint of almond on the finish.
Palate: Soft on entry, then linear and fresh, with crisp citrus and stone fruit and a savoury, saline lift that makes it very easy to return to.
