The 2023 Primitivo from Cantine San Marco is a ripe, generous red from Puglia, the home of Primitivo. Sun-soaked fruit, soft tannins and a warm, jammy finish make it a crowd-pleaser for pasta nights and barbecues.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep ruby with purple hues.
Aromas: Ripe plum, blackberry and cherry with sweet spice and a hint of dried fruit.
Palate: Medium to full bodied, soft and rounded, with ripe dark fruit and a smooth, warming finish.
