The 2019 Hureau du Clos Brut from Domaine Mallet is a vintage Champagne blending Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from this Marne Valley family estate. With a few years of age behind it, it offers more depth and complexity than a non-vintage cuvée while staying lively and vibrant.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep golden with a fine, lasting mousse.
Aromas: Ripe yellow and red fruit, baked apple, toasted brioche, honey and almond.
Palate: Rich and layered, with creamy texture, fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish.
