Product Info
The 2019 Barolo Cannubi Riserva from Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is the estate’s flagship, made only in the finest vintages. The fruit comes from the highest part of the Cannubi Boschis block, on sandy white marl at about 300 metres facing southeast, with vines planted between 1967 and 1990. Fermentation is slow, lasting 25 to 30 days, and the wine ages for 42 months in Slavonian oak before further refinement ahead of release. Only around 3,300 bottles are produced. Rare, precise and built to age.
