The 2016 Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature from Domaine Mallet is a vintage Champagne made only from the black grapes Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. As a Brut Nature, it is made without added sugar, so the fruit and the long ageing speak for themselves in a pure, dry style.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Golden with a fine, persistent mousse.
Aromas: Ripe red apple, white cherry and peach with brioche, toasted nuts and subtle spice.
Palate: Dry, vinous and precise, with rich fruit, a creamy texture and a long, savoury finish.
