The 2024 Valpolicella Classico from Paolo Cottini is a fresh, easy‑drinking red from the heart of Valpolicella Classica. Paolo and his wife Sara founded the estate in 2010, and the vineyards are trained in the traditional Pergola Veronese style across the valleys of Valpolicella at elevations between roughly 180 and 580 metres. Grapes from the different sites are blended to give the wine both fruit and freshness. A classic Veronese red for everyday drinking.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep, youthful ruby red.
Aromas: Cherry and blackcurrant with a touch of spiced plum.
Palate: Medium‑bodied and vinous, with bright acidity, fine grainy tannins and a warm, fruity finish.
