Product Info
The 2022 Barbaresco from Francesco Rinaldi & Figli is made from 100% Nebbiolo grown in the Barbaresco municipality on calcareous clay soils, at around 270 metres facing southwest. By special permit the wine is vinified at the family’s cellar in Barolo, fermented in temperature‑controlled stainless steel with 15 to 20 days on the skins, then aged for at least two years in medium‑sized Slavonian oak. A classic, structured Barbaresco built to age.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Ruby red with garnet reflections.
Aromas: Persistent notes of cherry, licorice and sweet spice, with a mineral streak.
Palate: Dry and intense, with elegant fruit and firm yet supple tannins.

Food Pairings:
