This 2022 Alta Langa from Diego Pressenda is an elegant and refined traditional-method sparkling wine from Piedmont, showcasing the region’s ability to produce serious, age-worthy bubbles. Crafted with Pinot Noir and aged 36 months on its lees, it combines fine, persistent bubbles with bright orchard fruit, citrus and subtle brioche notes. Fresh, structured and beautifully balanced, it offers a sophisticated alternative to Champagne while maintaining the distinctive character of the Langhe.

Tasting Notes:

Colour: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.

Aromas: Elegant and complex, with aromas of green apple, pear, lemon citrus, white flowers and freshly baked brioche, complemented by subtle mineral and almond notes.

Palate: Fresh and structured, with lively acidity and a creamy, delicate mousse. Flavours of ripe apple, citrus and white stone fruit develop into subtle notes of toast, almond and brioche. The finish is dry, mineral and persistent, with excellent freshness.
