The 2023 Tarabuso from Terre del Marchesato in magnum is a showpiece: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Bolgheri coast, aged in new French barriques and then rested in bottle before release. Dark, structured and very long, in a 1.5 litre bottle that suits a special table and further cellaring.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Deep, dense ruby with garnet hints.
Aromas: Cherry and sour cherry with herbal and peppery notes, bay and juniper, finishing with cocoa and tobacco.
Palate: A warm entry of red fruit, then velvety tannins and a long, composed finish with excellent ageing potential.
