The 2023 Felix Anton Bianco from Baron Longo is a fresh, lively white blending Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco from South Tyrol. Anton Felix von Longo‑Liebenstein has made wine under the family name since 2015, after generations of delivering grapes to the local cooperative. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically, on calcareous post‑glacial soils over porphyry with a mild Mediterranean microclimate. The grapes are whole‑cluster pressed and fermented spontaneously, then aged in stainless steel and large oak casks.
Tasting Notes:
Colour: Pale straw yellow.
Aromas: Fresh citrus and orchard fruit with a mineral thread.
Palate: Light to medium‑bodied, crisp and balanced, with bright acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.
