The 2022 Rosso di Montalcino by Poggio dell’Aquila is a classic expression of young Sangiovese from Montalcino. Often referred to as the “younger sibling” of Brunello, this Rosso delivers freshness, energy, and vibrant fruit while showcasing the elegance of the region.
Bright, lively, and aromatic, it’s a versatile red with authentic Tuscan soul.

Colour: Clear ruby red with garnet reflections.
Aromas: Lush notes of red cherry, raspberry, and violet, accented by hints of dried herbs and subtle spice.
Palate: Medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and silky tannins. Red fruit flavours dominate, with a touch of minerality and a smooth, lingering finish.
